Delicate Dots is a photography and creative design business started in 2010 by Jaclyn Cage. The photography side is mostly targeted to lifestyle and wedding photography, while the creative design side focuses on invite and logo design. While these make up a large chunk of the work done by Delicate Dots, they are in no way the only possible categories of work we can do. We are always on the lookout for interesting projects, so send us a message!
The inspiration for the hot air ballon symbol came from Jaclyn’s childhood experiences of being around hot air ballons and watching them in the distance, like dots dancing in the sky.

My whole life has been a creative process. Starting with my first camera as a child, learning how to snap a photo and taking art classes throughout grade school, I have always enjoyed the act of creating a piece of work. But it was not until high school when I truly fell in love with art thanks in large part to my art teacher at the time who saw value in my work, even when I didn’t see it myself. I continued on with my artistic explorations at Friends University where I graduated in May 2011 with a degree in Photography and a minor in Graphic Design.
