Returns and Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts seven (7) days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Digital items/patterns
  • Online classes


Process Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact Delicate Dots directly to begin the return process. 


Process Refunds

Once Delicate Dots receives a returned item, we will send you an email with notification that the item was received. In the same email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed quickly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) days of the items receipt.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted, especially for overseas accounts.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, especially for accounts located outside the United States.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Delicate Dots.


We only replace items if the product does not match the order. For example, the wrong colors were used or wrong item was shipped. Contact Delicate Dots to inquire about an exchange.
